After being subject to Multiple Medication Errors and Fluid Overload, resulting in MODS, and as the patient's organs were attempting to recover, a Palliative Care Doctor, Dr. Robert Fitton, on September 14, 2015 - without consent - changed The Patient's Resuscitation Status to a "No Code" .
